**Please ensure accurate boat measurements by measuring the total length from the tip of the bow (front of the boat) to the furthest point at the stern (back of the boat), including any swim platforms or extensions. If your boat includes a platform, be sure to account for it in the total length to ensure proper storage space.
Use the Requests/Notes box to share any specific instructions or details related to your boats service. Whether it’s timing preferences, special accommodations, or other important information, this is your space to ensure we meet your needs
If my boat is to be delivered, I agree that my hoist will be in working order at the time of delivery or I will be charged for an additional pick-up and delivery, when the hoist is ready.
**If any other issues arise we will contact you prior to making any repairs
I have read the information above, I understand and agree to The Moeller's Marine & Storage consent form which includes; maintaining personal insurance for stored property, adhering to payment terms, giving advance notice for boat delivery or service, and understanding the timeline for seasonal services like winterization and summerization. I also understand the requirement to ensure hoist readiness for boat delivery and pick-up. By submitting the form, the customer agrees to all terms.
